The group of scientists said they discovered the vast wave of hot gas in the nearby Perseus galaxy cluster. And stretching across 200,000 light years, the wave is estimated to be around twice the size of our Milky Way galaxy. It means the space phenomenon could devour Planet Earth, which is barely a fraction of the size of it. The incredible discovery was revealed in a study published in the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. Experts believe the wave formed billions of years ago after a small galaxy cluster grazed Perseus and triggered it to release its masses of gas which then started sloshing about. Stephen Walker, the lead scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Centre, said: “Perseus is one of the most massive nearby clusters and the brightest one in X-rays, so Chandra (X-ray observatory) data provide us with unparalleled detail. “The wave we’ve identified is associated with the flyby of a smaller cluster, which shows that the merger act

China Builds The World's First Quantum Super Computer & It's 24,000 Times Faster Than Its Counterparts.

China has been achieving technological advancement in record time and they have been surpassing everyone when it comes to building computers. A team of scientists from Eastern China have built the word's first and fastest super computer that is 24,000 times faster than its international counterparts.  The quantum computer was built by scientists at the University of Science and Technology of China which made them the first to achieve this goal. Quantum computing machines are faster than any machine we use in our daily lives and the super computer is capable of calculating the complex behaviour of subatomic particles. Woah!  The researchers claim that  the quantum computer can surpass the processing power of any other supercomputer in existence and that this computing power can be used for ultra-fast parallel calculations and simulations.  Practical use of the quantum computer might not be feasible at the moment; however, the future for computing complex particle
